• You can choose from our Must Have Luxury List of included
features or customize
• You still get Ridgewood Partners' powerful warranty, excellent
customer service, and a home that exceeds the code for energy
efficiency

Home Owner Association Fee
($95.00) includes:
Common Lighting, Maintenance of
Common Facilities, Landscaping & Gardening
(mowing, lawn fertilization, weeding and annual mulching) Snow
Removal (from driveways, walkways and other paved or concrete
surfaces adjacent to each unit), Trash Collection, and Maintenance
of Community Mail Stations.
